Blue Yellow Book has billed me $698 for running an ad or internet information of some kind for a year without my knowledge or permission.
When they called to "verify my address and that I am an authorized agent" I asked what for, and the guy said he was from the Blue Yellow Book and needed to send an invoice for a years service I said "what service?" and thats when they began their deceptive recording practices apparently designed to make it appear I have authorized this service when all I did was confirm that it is my business and addrress, I figured it's public knowledge anyway and it was supossedly the only way I could get them to stop providing this service I never asked for. He gave me a number to a department he said would help me and an a "termination number". The number was actually an accounts payable department that refused to discuss anything but my method of payment, her name is Nancy Moore and only does one thing-collect money!
I tried to disscuss my situation and she said I was wasting her time, "will that be a credit card or phone check" I asked to speak with someone else like a supervisor or something and she said no, she's it and asked if I was ready to pay or end the conversation and be turned into collections.
Everyone in this organization knows what they are doing and chances are you won't accomplish anything. They must be operating under some sort of loop hole that hasn't cought up to internet scheems. I am refusing to pay and they refuse to stop their service until I do. I have worked hard all my life to have some crooks hold my credit hostage.
I would gladly join any class action law suite or action of any kind
