Neglected to send email regarding pay back of a loan

A couple of months ago I called GRC funding for a payday loan. They neglected to send any type of email regarding the payback instructions. My 400 dollar loan has cost me to date 480.00. What is even more didturbing is that when calling GRC direct the guided me to another website to arrange for payment
