I purchased a membership about 6 weeks ago. I never could find anyone I was looking for including MYSELF, my parents or 2 brothers.
So I decided to get the refund as promised within 56 days of purchase. The link to the "Contact Us" sends you to a "What Department" combo box. None of the options let you ask for a refund directly. I left a message thru their tech support option.
After reading other consumer complaintss, I guess I am out my membership fee.
If anyone has a contact phone number or email address, I would be grateful for it.
