Trying to fill out for loan, accepted terms and up pops this message they taking 149.00 out of bank account tried to cancelle but wouldnt let Internet

I waas filling out app on line for a loan, i accepted the terms of it and up pops a message sayingthey were taking a fee of 149.00 for a credit card i tried cancelling but page kept saying expired the company is [email protected] still havent been able to find or contact them and i dont know what else to do
