My report echoes several of the other reports on this site, although Capital One credit card was able to get my money back from them.
About two weeks after I sent my laptop battery in, they called back and said I had the wrong model listed and it would cost an extra $30. They charged my credit card again and two months later I still had not received my battery back.
The phone number on the credit card statement has been disconnected, and the phone number goes to an answering machine after about 2 minutes of elevator music. Nobody will ever call you back, and email is not answered.
