This is a rip off report for Yellowpages.com. A company who rips people off. I advertised my company with Yellowpages.com and they auto withdraw from my account at Citizens Bank as i authorized.
I called and e-mailed Yellow pages.com to tell them times were tough and i had gotten no work from the ad i placed on the website for 10 months and would like to cancell my ad. Well he said no i cant cancel it for two more months. I advised him that i didnt know when i would be able to pay for the ad, I have no money in the company.
They are trying to tell me how many phonecalls I get from the ad for work!? I told them i dont know where they get their info from but my phone dose not ring, and i answer according to them, 24 times a month for work. Sometimes 12 times a week!!?? How do they no i am answering my phone for work? I have gotten more solicitation calls from this ad than anything.
DO NOT use this company for your advertising! They gauranty a number of "clicks" and calls and then send you reports of the lies. Not to mention i have e-mail documentation of my ad not getting put up on the WEB for a month after they started billing me as my sales rep told me I wont be billed till it goes active. They also put lies in the ad because they made up an ad to put up, just to bill me! I also have e-mails back and forth telling them to fix the ad with the info i sent them, a month ago. This went on for another month until it was finally fixed. You can bet i will actively ask my friends where they advertise and warn them of Yellowpages.com
