Kingdom Telephone Internet Service
This company discriminates against women and lies to them, then tells them to go elsewhere

June my husband and I went together to the KTIS office and signed up for their wireless internet service. We both had to provide our social security numbers, and we both had to sign the contract with them. We were both given a seperate email account with seperate passwords.

From June till May my husband and I were internet customers of KTIS. My email account never once in that time did not work.

In May my husband and I became seperated temporarily. Approximately two weeks after this seperation my email account which I used for my online business did not work. I could not access it at all. I called a tech at KTIS and was rudely told he could not talk to me about my email because I was involved in a divorce and the account belonged to my husband.

I called the head tech Rob Barnes and was told the same thing. I then talked to a lawyer who told me they cannot ask me to sign a contract after obtaining personal information and decide to delete me from the account.

I fought for over a week with them and my husband and finally they told me they would sell me my own account, which they did. Meanwhile after I got my own account they turned my email back on and told my husband the password he in turn called me and told me the password.
I then called this Rob Barnes again and he told me that my husband said it was alright to turn it back on. I told him that it had cost me orders on my business site and that I had already paid for my own account. He acted like he was doing me a favor and said he would set up my old email for my new account. I asked if anyone would have the password, he lied and told me noone would. Three months later I cannot get into my mail because the error message says someone is using the mailbox. I called a tech and once again was told they cannot talk to me as it is my husband's account. I argued with them about this for two days.

Finally on the third day I called the business office and they verified that it was in fact my own account I had paid for and had nothing to do with my husband. I asked the woman in the business office to please tell the techs this as I has business transactions on the table and needed my email fixed.

She did in fact do this and I finally got a tech who also could not get into my email. He finally unlocked it and I had to change the password.

Later the head tech, Mr / Rob Barnes once again calls me and tells me he does not understand why I have a problem with them. I asked him if he could explain why my email was being used, he said no, and that he did not ever know I had a problem. I told him that was a lie because he told me himself he deleted my account with my husband. He lied still again and claimed he never told me that. When I asked him how my email was deleted if they did not do it, he got irate and told me to go get an email somewhere else.

This bunch of crooks, will do whatever they can to steal your money then give you NO service at all.

First of all they had no business telling me I am in a divorce as neither I or my husband have ever mentioned divorce in any shape or form. Secondly, I know they did that just so I would have to pay more money.

These crooks need to be shut down, they are nothing but rude, crude scammers.

Everyone iin central Missouri please beware of Kingdom Telephone Internet Services! There are several great providers out there, stay away from these crooks especially Rob Barnes as he is a lier and a shyster.
