Cardservices International Unauthorized withdrawels from bank on chargebacks already decided in my favor, poor and rude customer service

6 weeks after a sale is made online from ProStores Storefront, item is shipped and delivered a charge back is received. Because they have my address all one 1 line and their system will only allow 22 characters, the paperwork is never received. Linkpoint charges my bank $379.00 but my bank rejects the charge and charges me $30. LinkPoint adds $25 and charges again. Again my bank rejects and charges me another $30.
By now, I have the information about the charge back by calling myself several times and leaving unreturned messages with their Risk management people. I submitted all of my information and on July 14th, again after several unreturned calls and e-mail, I am informed that the chargeback is resolved in my favor. On the fifteenth of July, Linkpoint attempts to charge my account for the charge back again, this time from the collections department. My calls remained unanswered until the 22nd of July when they attempted it again. That is 4 X $30 my bank charged, plus the $25 Linkpoint charges for having a chargeback (Even though it is decided in your favor) plus the fees for returned deposits from Linkpoint. All from a chargeback that was totally bogus, or at least too flimsy to even be allowed.
Now, in august, my account is again assailed by a chargeback, (From a customer of the same name, only first and last name inverted), deposits from other sales are not being deposited and when I call to speak to these people again I am told that my case has been referred to Scott Peters, who returns my second call. This jerk was eager only to say that they were going to cancel my account rather than to deal with the issues of why they try to collect money they don't deserve and why there automated, secure system allows sales in the US from Foreign Cardholders then tries to seize the money from merchants who have mailed the merchandise.
Be forewarned when dealing with this company, you will be better off to hold off on your business until you can use a reputable business. Just look at all the similar complaints here. Is there a Class Action possibility here for Restraint of Trade or something?
