Charged by debit card for 29.95 w/o auth when I called the phone number was disc.internet

I was charged 29.95 to simply you i had never even been on there web site. When I called the phone number it was disconnected. I was adv by my cc company that dealmax was affiliated they had also charged me 29.95 the same morning. Deal max refunded and cx there claim.
