I wanted to try the free sample that they give you for 5.85 and it was taken from my account. But when the package arrived it had a 90 day supply of pills, vitamins and a CD. The total cost was $99.86 which was taken from bank account without my approval. There were some bills that I needed paid but when came time to pay them my account was short $99.86. I can not afford this so I called *Ciggarest and asked for a refund. I was told to ship the product back which I did immediately. Now it's been over a month and several phone calls to them that they keep saying it's nothing that they can do for me. I am not a person that has money and I live paycheck to paycheck on a very tight budget and every pennie counts so that has caused me a lot of stress waiting and even wondering if I will get my money back not to mention I now don't even have a product plus I had to pay to ship the package prioroty mail. If there is anyone that can help me I would sure appreciate it so very much.
