No response to emails or phone calls, still billing me 19.95 per month, nothing to show for money spent

I joined this company in March of by June or July I realized I was getting nothing for the money I spent. I paid them 29.99 for membership and they automatically take money from my PayPal account each month. I requested that they stop billing me, that I had no use for their service since they did not follow through with the help that they promised and to date I have gotten no response from them.
