They had me believe to getting a 40,000 business grant for 4000 dollars which I did and got 40,000 garanteed visitors so they say

I just want to report that greatest business opportunities has got me to pay them 4000 dallars for what they say is a business grant of 40,000 dollars. They also say I have 40,000 guaranteed visiters and they do the selling. For 2 months I have not seen any progress.
