When I was looking for a domain registration service, back in I found Stargate Inc. On the net, which was an ICANN accredited registrar. They were offering domain registration with POP-3 e-mail service. I also transfered another domain to them on 07/11, up to 02/21, and paid for service for other 2 domains up to 04/25.
On 12/12 I've received an e-mail claiming their Free e-mail service will be over on 02/01, and I shall buy a 4 $/month plan to keep on. This makes an extra 144 $/year for 3 domains for e-mail service, which I've already paid for while signing in for their services. I could understand, if they would reject e-mail services AFTER the service plan I bought is over, i.E. 02/04 and 04/04, but they rejected my complains.
In fact I'd like to copy/paste all the correspondance, but simply the space was not enough. So, I'm sending you the last message I've received from Stargate.
" You can try to create a case with us with anyone, and you will be unsuccessful, because we have done nothing wrong or immoral. If you do not understand this, please transfer your domain to another registrar, good luck finding one who offers free e-mail services."
So, be carefull with Stagate Inc.
