Modification to past criticism... I place in the wrong handle

Buyer Beware! Positioned an order on June 15, they debited my account instantly. Examined site for purchase status update; would go to a blank page. No telephone number supplied and so I sent mail. First email received no response. Next mail delivered and that I obtained a phony "vacation" reply:

* that is an automatic holiday reaction *

Thanks for calling www.thetanstore.com. We are shut Friday, July 4th - Tuesday July 8th to be able to allow our workers benefit from the vacation using their people. We apologize for almost any trouble.

There has been many backordered creams INDUSTRY-WIDE in the last month 5. We apologize for these backorders; nevertheless, they're totally beyond our control.

All of The backorders are because of the producers not creating enough item to meet up the large requirement in this active tanning period. We shall deliver these creams the moment we obtain them.
