Purchased hearing aids from EBay site on Nov 9,07, Item #200171208149 paid $152 by credit card.
Items defective and returned for credit via certified mail Nov 30 '07 against their RMA # 0711EM13 they begruggingly supplied after many chasers. I hold signed certified receipt indicating items received by BSS on Dec 03 '07.
They asked me to withdraw negative rating from Ebay which I " Sellers Beware. Difficolt to deal with. Wants refund without return of merchandise"
This comment has reduced my standing with EBay to 84% from 98.4% sdpoiling an otherwise perfect record in 69 purchases from EBay. This rating is available to all and is detrimental to my standing with credit bureaus.
While I did receive a one line Email response reading "Your refund was processed" (3/5 4:15: 56 PM EST) No refund has taken place nor credited to my MC XXXX 2411.
While I am annoyed at losing $152 I am more annoyed at their adverse comments which have raised my APR when applying for car purchase.
No one else seems able to get satisfaction for me. Can you please help me?
