Reservation Rewards
Ripped me off through partnership with ALL POSTERS.com

I bought posters from ALLPOSTERS.com in April. This month, I was doing some on line checking of my bank account and noticed a $12.00 charge. I knew I had not bought anything in the last few days for that amount of money. It seems that this company used the information I had given over the internet to purchase posters from ALLPOSTERS.com, and supposedly said I agreed to the 'reward' of a $10 cupon as I finished shopping and charged me $12/mo for the next four months for a 'reward'. I have never received any 'reward', nor did I ever agree to this 'reward'. I agreed to receive a cupon as part of my purchase, but not if I had to spend $12 to get a $10 reward! What a crock!

So here is the copy of my communication with this company and it's reps. I did call them, and they supposedly will return my money... We will see...
This is directly out of my bank account, not to a credit card. They did not have any authorization to do this, although they will argue that I agreed to it when I clicked on 'get your cupon now'... I actually have a copy of that screen that appeared on my computer that day... And there is nothing that indicates that I was dealing with any other company other than ALLPOSTERS.com... It appears by their communication with me that they are 'in business with' this company;
I will never do business with them again, and I do intend to follow up with my resolve to contact the Federal Trade Commission.

Anyone else who may have had trouble with them, as I have, should do so as well. I also will file a complaint with the Attorney General's Office... As should you all in your respective state's...
This is a complete deception and fraud.
You cannot promise to give people something and then take money for what you did not give...
They are completely operating illegally.
I can't wait until my friend at the FTC fries them...!!!

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
In April of this year, I ordered a set of dolphin posters from your company. I have been very happy with them, and have enjoyed them on my walls at my office.
However, I was surprised to learn that a company that 'tracked' my purchase from your company, offered me a bunch of cupons and rewards / discounts if I wanted to 'sign up' with them. I did not know that their deceptive business practice was so devious. I assumed because I had done business with you, that this company was also a good company. Little did I know that this company obtained my bank account information from what I had purchased from you, but also used my 'electronic signature' as 'authorization' to continue charging me a monthly fee to obtain 'free cupons'. I was charged almost a total of $48.00 over the last few months without my knowledge. It was 'snuck' in my account and I did not notice it because it was a 'small charge' hidden amongst other charges. I noticed it today when I was reconciling my bank account.

I would love to continue doing business with you, but unless you can assure me that you no longer will have any other companies getting my information, or making offers to me as this one did, I will no longer do business with you, nor will I suggest your company to anyone else.

I am also notifying the BBB, as well as the FTC, as this business practice is completely fraudulent. I will also make a complaint at Rip OFF reports...
I am very disappointed in a company that would harbor people like this.

In plain terms, this is thievery. Obtaining money without authorization or consent, or obtaining money by deception... in my book, and in most state law books, this is illegal, isn't it?
Perhaps you should have a little conversation with this company, before you are associated with them.
Sincerely,

To ALLPOSTERS:
You are missing the point. The point isn't that this would give customers a REWARD... The point is the DECEPTIVE WAY that this is procured. Offering me a reward I HAVE TO PAY FOR, is hardly a reward! Obtaining my bank account number or master charge number without telling me is deceptive! STATING MY ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE AS CONSENT WHEN IT ISN'T IS DECEPTIVE PRACTICE!
Before you tell me to go get my money returned from this company, you should be telling me that you will not partner with such a company again!
Thank you for clarifying for me which side of the fence you are on.

I will be contacting the local BBB, ATtorney General Consumer Affairs Division for the State of TExas, and the FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION. BTW, I am personal friends with one of the top attorneys at the FTC...
Thank you for your response. I will forward it to the appropriate entities.
Sincerely
