Our company paid to have our domain name registerd for 10 years actually he rebills us for 11 years, keeps the money, never domains the name. And in return he domains it in his name, copyrights it in his name, we have cancelled checks, and signed agreements from this party. Won't release all records, emails so that we can move site, shutts it down, so that we can't get to our records. We had to go thru extra expense to rebuild our website,
