In my own July phone statement, I realized that Greentreedata had billed me for 2 weeks of providers that I'd never approved or subscribed to. Actually, I'd no idea who greentreedata was till I Googled them.
After I called them to ask about these costs to my telephone number, I had been provided the title of the general that hasnot existed with me or discussed my phone for quite some time, and who likewise had no understanding of the corporation or its solutions.
The organization wasn't prepared to avoid the deceptive fees, but merely questioned whether I desired to stop their support, that we did. I'd to specifically obtain a termination confirmation range from their store to make sure that it was completed.
Meanwhile, I'm still caught using the bill for 2 weeks of providers ($8.23/mo.) which were actually never obtained.
I noted this to my phone business aswell, and am still waiting to determine what (if something) they are able to do about this.
I'd suggest everybody carefully observe their telephone expenses to ensure they do not get swept up within the same fraud.
