They offer to place links for you at a too-good-to-be-true price but the links never materialize, though emails are sent leading you to believe that they are. The phone number given for weblinksalliance is answered by a machine which tells you to send a fax or leave a voicemail, neither of which is replied to. When itscoldoutside are contacted they either pretend that they have never heard of weblinksalliance or that they severed ties with them long ago, despite the fact that the paypal addess of weblinksalliance is a @itscoldoutside.com address.
