4.95 month never sent a username or password to cancel the subscription and 30 dollars will be billed in 3 days

I subscribed to the site thinking that it was a file sharing site, the site turned out to only host torrent files that i could download from other people now, they have my credit information and there is nothing i can do. When i try to send an email they dont reply anything, and when i try to log in, oh wait they never sent me a log in so theres nothing i can do.
