Antivirus 2008 misled me to believe it was a part of my computer software and needed renewing. It did not itemize their costs until they received my credit card; then they included additional software & support charges to the costs without my prior approval. After paying "customer help.com" charge, additional charges for Euro exchange foreign finance charges, I received an e-mail stating that I was "undercharged" & would receive "two charges from our company to your bank account". I was unable to contact their Customer Support Service without a credit card. I do not know who this company is that hides behind "customer help.com" without a company address, but it is unable to be reached without further costs. I refuse to pay "[email protected]", or use any of the included telephone support numbers listed, for fear of being charged long distance fees. I refuse to pay any "underpayments" without complete transparancy from this company.
