DVD2GO ripoff! Claim to be "new in shrink wrap"

I came across this web page searching for a list of disney movies on google. I thought 3.99 disney dvds why not look?

Right off the bat the web page looks unprofessional. I did a lot of reading before finally deciding to try it out and purchase a couple dvd's...

I took this right off their web site.

"Are these movies copied?

No... All of our movies are ordered from various manufactures. As well, all of our movies are brand new; they are not copied, burned or used etc? Some may have foreign markings on the cover or disc if so we put it in the discription we use stock photos pictures they may vary from what you see on the site meaning they might not look exactlly like what you see and some will if you should have any questions on any of the pictures please email before purchasing we have a no refund policy. Exchange only no Exceptions., All of our dvds we offer are all in shrink wrap and in there own cases."

I received my dvd's today right off you can tell they are not in original packaging... Disney is very consistent. They are in white dvd cases you can purchase from any electronics store. The artwork on the cases are printed onto a glossy paper and have the blocky blending you get from converting images on photoshop to a lower quality Jpeg image. The dvds themselves look to have a picture pressed onto them.

The pictures on the dvd are washed out sort of faded and poor print quality. And the edges around the picture I assume where it was pressed onto the fake dvd are jagged... I own several disney dvd's they're quality is unmatched and I dont think ive ever seen a manufacturer dvd in a while case disney or not... They dont come with any of the customary disney inserts in the flap... And they are not security sealed (that annoying tape on the edge that never comes off in one piece)... The shrink wrap is clearly done with some sort of after market machine... After watching the dvd it looks like VHS quality on fast moving scenes it gets grainy and chopped...

If anyone has any info on where i can report this company to some sort of copyright bureau please email me.
