I want to report AVG.com and Digital River Inc. They are aware I have not used the software. BofA told me to dispute the charge if I was not happy which I did and neither the bank nor the company have given me the credit. When I received the CD I refused it.
I emailed AVG.com more than 3 times and they responded saying that I had to contact Digital River because they did not know what happened. AVG.com's customer service is very lousy, they do not reply on a timely manner. I had to buy another software because I had a new computer and I could not afford to be online without antivirus. They did not care.
I want my money back. I have not used that software. The license number they gave me did not work, although they said it worked for them. I don't have their CD so I'm entitled to my money back. The bank said they would credit my account but they never did. So, I'm very disgusted with both the bank and the company.
This is the first time I dispute a product. The amount charged was $65.94. They are very dishonest in taking the money and not giving the proper service, and if the customer has not used the product, not returning the money.
