I ordered flowers from ProFlowers.com for Mothers Day (May 11) for 4 people. My credit card company thought there was a scam going on so on the 4th order they blocked my card so I had the option of using Bill Me Later which I had never heard of. I figured they would send me a bill and I would pay it.
On June 19th I received a bill. They said this was my 2nd notice. I never received a first notice and now they are charging me a late fee of $19.00 and a finance charge of $2.00. So my $25 bouquet of flowers is not up to $65.53. A charge of 53.90% interest is what I call Scamming the public. I am 73 years old and have never paid interest like that in my life.
I will also report this to the Attorney General in Illinois.
I think I will have to get a new credit card as they now have my number and are not to be trusted.
