Final Award Notification. Claiming to win 150,000, 00. Unite Kingdom

I recieved a letter stating that I had won 150,000, 00 in a lottery.
Claiming that I had to call London of all things and set up a tax payment to recieve my winnings.
All and all I can tell this is some scam, seeing that I have never played an online lotto and that winning numbers and not number that I would have picked if I did.
