Com Created textbook buyback order, shipped books, didn't received check like promised, they won't return my emails, and no phone number listed

I created a textbook buyback 'order' online, and shipped my textbooks with the provided shipping label. A refund check was promised 2 days after books were received, and I haven't received anything - I shipped the books over a month ago.

I have sent emails via the website, because there isn't an email address listed. There is no phone number listed either.

All I have is the website address, and the physical address of where I sent my textbooks.
