AT&T Yellow Pages.com
Jerry Uliibarri, Leo Wells, James Lambert Pay Per Click Fraud Phoenix, Arizona

We are a small business that incorporated in 2006. We specialize in a landscape product that is a niche market especially where we are located.in November of we were solicited by Yellow Pages.com to do an online pay per click campaign. We had just signed up with Google for $3000 per month. We were happy with the first 30 days with Google and the leads that we were getting when Yellow Pages.com walked in the door.

The rep JERRY ULIBERRY told us that he guaranteed that we would be ranked in the top 5 all the time and told us that Yellow Pages.com would always bid our key word phrases to be in the top 5. The reason we got so excited was the cost.instead of $3000 per month our cost would be $960 per month with Yellow Pages.com.

We were skeptical, but with a name like Yellow Pages.com we believed what he said. What a shank that was. Not only were we never ranked, we never got any reports, communication, or leads from Yellow Pages.com. We called the rep from Yellow Pages.com continuously, but never got a response.

Finally, in January of he called back and came in to meet with us. We told him of our unhappiness and asked him how he planned on reactifying the situation. He again promised the world but did not deliver. We decided that we would terminate our relationship with Yellow Pages.com.

Our Rep Jerry from Yellow Pages.com never indicated to us that he would drop off the face of the planet, but that is exactly what he did. We contacted his boss at Yellow Pages.com continously, but got no response. We decided that the best thing to do was to cancel the credit card that we used to pay Yellow Pages.com. The next thing you know Yellow Pages.com was contacting the credit card company saying the charge was legitimate, but not contacting us.

We got in touch with the Regional Vice President for Yellow Pages.com. It is now June still no reports that make sense to the common layman. The RVP tells us that AT&T Yellow Pages.com is a big corporation and big company and that they will get their money one way or another.

What they are planning on doing is stringing us out until the contract runs out and then expecting us to pay for the remaining 9 months on the so called contract that we have.

Our original rep JERRY told us that we could terminate the contract at anytime if we where unhappy with the results. JERRY, his boss, and the RVP, all believe that small business' are there to step on. Pay-per-click fraud is wrong and Yellow Pages.com has definitely proven that the name does mean anything.
