This is not a confirmed ripoff, but, seems pretty obvious. I received an e-mail for the free barbeque. Just that they need $20 charged to your credit/debit to ship it FED EX. I didn't bite. I looked at PROPERTIES and DETAILS of the e-mail. The origination, asiatradeshowtravel.net and IP address: 8.13.6.20060601 The website they direct you to for providing debit/credit information is http://EverydayMoneySource.net The X-Mailer is West Wind.com
Now te e-mail provided no information of whom you were dealing with. Others can look up this sort of information by triggering PROPERTIES and DETAILS as I did. You can then use a trace route program to see the city, state and country of origin.
But I caution everyone. Don't bite on any of these unsolicited free gifts. Always know who you are really dealing with. If someone sends you a link to a site, look up the site for the business using your search engine. There are lots of bogus sites but none subscribe to search engine listings
