Not sure what I ordered: got credit card bill 2 charges for $39.47

I bought my 1st computer and have been surfing the web. To tell you the truth I have no idea what I am being charged $39.47 TWICE on one credit card statement for. After going to the e-mail address on my bill, I discovered the complaint site. I tried calling the phone number on my bill and all I got was "We're busy, wait for next available person" What a Rip Off!!
