They are extremely unresponsive and they do not respond to Emails. Their people speak no english. Its no wonder since they are all located out of the country. They basically outsource your work to people on rentacoder, and guru.com for a few dollars while charging the client several thousand dollars. After speaking to Mark I was promised a refund and it has been over 3 months already. They are also constantly changing their domain names to fool people. Beware of them.
