Carisa Sanders / Superior Telemarketing
Vulgar, rude, and a liar! Do NOT do business with Carisa or anyone associated with her!

My husband recently started a business coaching/consulting firm and we needed to find a way to obtain new customers. We had a small amount of cash to put into it, so we wanted to find someone who would be professional and effective - somehow he came across Superior Telemarketing. While trying to get our business, they were very courteous and professional. They seemed to have good references and a professional approach, so we decided to retain them.

Once they had our money in hand, we discussed how we wanted our telemarketing calls made. My husband was very specific - he wanted them to call ONLY CEOs or Directors, and he had very specific things he wanted them to say.

Our first telemarketer sounded 17 on the phone (they claimed that all of their telemarketers had years of experience). She was cracking her gum and even pronounced the name of our company wrong. We complained about the quality of this rep to Emily-Ann Sanchez. So, the next day, she put a new rep on the calls. We sort of liked the quality of this one and thought she had potential... But the next day someone else was on our account. The following day, there was yet another rep on our account! So, here in the first week, we have had 4 different reps making calls - how can someone learn anything about our business and how to "sell" it if they aren't on the account for more than a couple of hours?

We got a couple of "leads, " and we supposedly had a phone appointment set up to call the prospect. But, when we called, the prospect had never heard of us or Superior. They were not aware of any appointment and had not been contacted about the service we were offering. When we tried contacting Superior, they didn't accept our calls or return emails. So finally, after multiple attempts at getting someone on the phone, my husband got frustrated and told the receptionist he knew she was covering for them and that he knew they wouldn't call back. Yes, he raised his voice and probably shouldn't have, but he kept hitting the wall with them.

Shortly after, he got a call back from "Lisa" who said she was Carisa's sister. We're not sure about that now - we're wondering if it was Carisa herself. Anyway, Lisa proceeded to accuse him of swearing at the receptionist (he did not and I was present for the entire call) and that she didn't want to do business with someone "so unprofessional." She started babbling in sentences that didn't even make sense - it was liking he was talking to two personalities at the same time. She finally started screaming at him, told him to grab his d*k and go play with himself. Then she hung up on him.

At this point, I tried to step in and take over the situation. I emailed Emily-Ann and told her I was appalled at the treatment. I explained to her our situation (how this was all the money we had and now we didn't have the cash to grow his business). I got a response from "Lisa" which I am posting here:

I am not use to being abused and I will not put up with it from your husband or anyone customer or not. There is a decent way to treat people and I will treat you with the same treatment I receive. I will be refunding his unused payment because we have no desire to do business with such behavior as I am equally shocked as his abuse started with someone as simple as the secretary who is simply doing her job. I feel as strong about filing complaints with all agencies I can, as I am fearful that other vendors who deal with your husband will be abused in such a manner as such as well. However, Due to your email and the emotional stress you expressed you are enduring and I can certainly believe it, I will not file any complaints on your behalf. Your husband shattered his own dreams no one did any of that for him, I have nothing to do with that.

I responded to her email, thanking her for her response and asked how much my refund would be and when she would send it. She figured my refund should be $800 and I would receive it within 30 days (that was March 12th). After the 30 days had passed, I tried contacting them several times with no luck. Then finally, on May 9th, I got this email from Carisa's email address:

"I am putting your refund in the mail myself!"

Guess what? That's right... No refund has come and now I find that they are closed down and filing for bankruptcy. This has been the worst experience dealing with ANY company in my entire life - and I find it so sad that she falsely claims to be a Christian company. It's no wonder the world mocks Christ - look at the example His "children" are setting for them. Nice, Carisa.
