Are you also waiting for your rebate notification, or even the ability to find out where it is? Me, too. It has been three (3) months since I sent it in.
My credit card company says that they can't help me, so I guess I have to look for a group of people who would be willing to file a class action suit against them. I don't think I'll be asking the Attorney General to stand up for our rights to fight big business, but in california, there may be a provision which protects consumers from fraudulant policies over the internet. But it is a inter-state transaction and who knows what rights we have under this administration.
