Broadbandoffers.com offered a cable modem, after rebates, for $9.99. After filling in and supplying the neccesary documentation and making copies of them for my personal records, I mailed them out. About two weeks later i receive a letter from Broadbandoffers.com that i was ineligible for the rebate due to " required documentation was not included in submission: copy or original rebate form)" of which i have photocopied proof that i did send. Then to add insult to injury they kept the submitted documents, the original shipping invoice, so that I have no way of ever receiving this rebate.
Please be very wary of these rip off artists!!
