I have been a long time customer of Cox Communications. My company has been in business for several years. We have always done business with Cox Communications. Recently one of their so called new outside sales representatives contact us. We keep getting new account executives and everytime I talk to the manager over there about the issue he speaks to me in a demeaning tone. He even had the nerve to call me a dumbass one day!
We spend so much money with them it's ridiculous! We were bundling all of our services with them tv, phone, and fiber internet service. We have multiple locations as well! When I spoke with Robert Moore the manager for the outside sales team. He told me that my company did not spend enough money with Cox that it wasn't a big enough concern for him to find me a stable account representative. It may not be alot of money, but $5000 each month for each location is considerably a lot of money. Also, when I call he's such an idiot. He purposely calls me different names everytime and has no respect. This new rep. Ben they have assigned to me is even more ignorant. He stutters on the phone and I've caught him several times on various lies to try to get my business. This guy is a schmuck, he thinks that his sales techniques are so great, and I bet he runs to Robert Moore to let him know that "he got me sold." This company is cheap if you call them it sounds like a call center. The guy Ben talks to me the same way as Robert Moore does. He talks down to me and they are very unprofessional using foul language. One day I called into their office and I got some sort of sales queue I asked to speak to a manager because I was upset. I had every right to be upset. This new guy Ben forged my signature on some huge order it was worth over $5000 a month in new services. I only found out because the technician come to install my services and I was completely unaware of what was going on. I called the queue and Robert was in some meeting and I was passed onto a manager by the name of Chris Boone. He's even worse, this guy throws around curse words like he grew up a sailor. He would tell me to hold on and say things like this guy on the phone is a dick! Then he would come back and say sorry sir what was it that I can help you with now. He's so unprofessional he sounds like he's on drugs or something. My issue is still not resolved DO NOT EVER buy from these guys. There is no respect or professionalism whatsoever. I have a complaint into the attorney general and trying to find out what I can do, I consider this fraud. Oh, I have sent letter to their corporate offices no response.in the meantime, my bills are getting higher and higher. They are even threatening to take me to collections!!!
