I received an email saying an old friend (her name was given) was looking for me. The email instructed me to "click here" to connect with my friend.
I clicked and was sent to their web-site. I signed on, to get connected with my friend and was told as soon as I gave them my email address that they send out 94 invitations to Reunion.com - from ME!
I did not ask them to do this. I did not want them to do this. They did not tell me in advance that this is what they were going to do. It was implied that I needed to log on to connect with my friend, but when I did this they took advantage of the information they collected to steal my email addresses.
