I have attempted to cancel my "free online trial" to People PC six times now, yet I continue to be billed for a service I logged onto one time only over six months ago.
Each time I call their customer service number I am greeted by a foreign call center operator with a distinctly American name. Today I spoke with Mark. I asked to be connected to a supervisor over 30 minutes ago, and I am still on hold.
I will be filing a fraud complaint with the FTC and the California attorney general's office, but I want consumers to know that this company is fraudulently billing for services they don't provide.
DO NOT ENROLL in their services. Do not give them credit card information.
