After buying movie tickets through Fandango, a page popped up that offered me $15 off my tickets - just click here! After clicking the link I found myself having signed up as a member of Great Fun (I wasn't asked to sign up), with a monthly $11.99 charge that they would charge automatically to my credit card on file with Fandango.
A) The membership fee was not discussed before I "signed up"
b) I never gave Fandango permission to hand over my credit card information
c) Cancelling the deal is made overly complicated, and after some research there are many complaints about this company, all about credit card charges and unwillingness to make things right.
