After much coddling I've ultimately obtained the 2nd of three discounts guaranteed easily registered for highspeed internet with comcast. The very first refund was $55.00 the 2nd $60.00. The 3rd factor guaranteed was a amazon gift-card for $125 which there is and is still no method to register and/or check up on. Apperently its designed to come instantly but with the difficulty I'd obtaining my discounts I don't possess the period of time had a need to learn about this last refund. Comcast understands nothing about discounts being provided so when you contact broadband they state their parent organization does the discounts so when you contact the parent organization they claim they dont and most people are really sudden and rude with no one really wants to cope with it. Its only a indication of that time period and what the world has arrived at I suppose.
