High Pressure Concerning Bank Card Empire, HBO Media & AIG Promotions:- Heavy Lies, Weak arguments & No Results Whatsoeve

Concerning Bank Card Empire, HBO Media & AIG Promotions:

I had agreed, by phone conversation (on 3/21), to enroll as an affiliate member of bank card empire with the clear understanding that I would be sent an invoice by mail confirming my $200.00 enrollment and a supposed 19.95 per month website fee for a web page with which to track my referals and allow businesses to sign up with Bank Card Empire. I was also told by the person who enlisted me, solicited payment and allegedly signed me up (a Mr. Ryan Kihn) that I would also receive live coaching (by phone) to facilitate my making money through their, so called, affiliate program. All this was done via telephone, therefore, I have no proof other than the payments made by my bank through my visa card. I also, had agreed to a monthly website fee of 19.95 which was also taken out of my bank by a partner company named HBO media.

That $200.00 payment was paid to Bank Card Empire (under the pseudonym of Purchase Promotions) three days later by my bank (on 3/24). On the 28th of last month another payment was made for 19.95 to HBO Media. These payments were made in good faith and I then awaited my invoice, affiliate signup forms and W9 form (as promised) and usage instructions for the website and the membership (as promised). NO RESULTS

Despite numerous phone calls on my part to get this program underway, I have received absolutely nothing from this company as of yet. Today is 4/10 almost 1month later. Last night at 7p (est) I spoke to someone named Kristen who answered at (877) CARD597. Kristen told me that she would email me a Training package, W9, Invoice and affiliate signup sheet. I checked twice to ensure that she had my correct email address. Once again NO RESULTS.

Both of these oral agreements were made with the explicit understanding that I was to be provided service and support since I had NOT heard of this program until the initial high-pressure signup phone call. Ive fulfilled my part of the agreement so far, however, there has been nothing but complete negligence on the part of these companies with respect to all areas except extracting funds from me and nothing else. This, needless to say is NOT the agreement I entered into to at all, therefore I consider any contractual agreement made to be null and void.

My attempts to follow up have resulted in even further dissapointment since their phone lines route all calls to an automated message service that only allows you to leave a message in a general voice mailbox (no live representative). The phone number on their website says mailbox full. There is not even any mention of the company name to allow a person to know if this is a legitimate business.

A litany of further promises (well send you an email, you should receive the documents by mail) have been made by representatives that have called me including three calls from a partner company calling themselves AIG. I have yet to see any formal communication from either of these companies, nor have I been able to reach a live representative when I call them, yet, I have received high-pressure sales phone calls from AIG encouraging me to pay more money by phone ($1,000.00 minimum) so as to promote this supposed business venture (made with Bank Card Empire) that has yet to prove itself as anything more than a fraudulous means of bilking me out of my hard earned money.

This program makes the claim of incredible profits and residual income through a percentage of credit card transactions made by those start-up businesses whose contact information I provide to them. I have yet to see any verification of anyone having earned money through this program and I have, yet, to receive any formal communication from either of these companies either through U.S. Mail (as promised) or through email (as promised) which I find very disconcerting (to say the least).

Given the circumstances and the fact that I have signed nothing with either company, I am hereby cancelling my enrollment in both programs and demanding a full refund of both my $200.00 signup fee and my $19.95 website fee. I will instruct my bank NOT to pay any further monthly website fee or any other fees to either of these companies and will close my account, if necessary to ensure that no further fraudulent charges are posted to my bank account without my consent.

I am a busy person and have NO further time or effort to apply to this matter other than to forward this letter to the Better Business Bureau and / or file legal charges to rid myself of this fraudulent affiliation with Bank Card Empire & AIG promotions. Other than to confirm my cancellation or to notify me of my cancellation, I will expect NO further phone calls or solicitations from either company.
