Shahnawaz took services from my company, issued post dated cheques and then did stop payment and disappeared San Diego

Shahnawaz Khatri contracted Web development work to us and we agreed on price. We delivered the solutions on agreed price and when it came to time of payment, Shahnawaz informed that he has gone bankrupt and We requested post dated cheques.

These cheques were given with extended payment of 6 months and beyond.in the middle while the cheques of smaller amounts $250 each cleared, when it came to clearing the amount of $3100, he had it stopped payment and again sent email that he has financial issues.

We tried to contact him via email/phone but he seems to have disappeared out of Blue.

Shahnawaz, if you read this rip off report, please arrange to pay the money you owe with 2% interest per month and we will be happy to withdraw this report.
