This company sells "E-books" to dog owners. Once you eventually get a username and password it is apparent that the "E-books" merely repeat widely available very basic info. You have paid your money to be put on their list to buy even MORE "E-books".
When you try to get the 120-day-satisfaction-guaranteed refund you must first write them for the super secret refund address. No response. When you call the number (for new subscribers only) you do get a live human who reminds you that only snail mail refund requests are honored and further explains that they can't give you the secret address.
If you persist in complaining, they refer you to the terms of use agreement that you breezed through when you subscribed to their "service", which clearly states in section 15 that any disputes are governed by the laws of and litigated in Kolkata, West Bangalore, India.
Surprise! And gotcha!
