For more than a year I have been charged $10 for everymonth. I recognized so late because I shared my debit card with my younger sister and thought that she had been subscribed a magazine or something. Also, I don't get paper statement but online statment by e-mail so I haven't had much chance looking at it.
Anyway, so I finally called them 4days ago and asked how I was signed up for "Reservation Rewards" and found out that Campusfood.com made me a member of "reservation rewards" without my permission. Then I asked them for cancellation of my membership there and just hang up the phone without asking my money back because I thought that I wouldn't be able to get my money back.
However, by sending them an e-mail saying that I would do anything, even taking them to court and stuff, to get my moneyback. Also I emphasized the fact that I didn't give them an authorization for charging me and signing up for it.
After 2days passed, I checked my bank account and found that all the charges were refunded. So if anyone is having same problem, just ask them for refund by phone or e-mail and state that you "didn't" authorize them for subscribtion and monthly charge.
Don't let this company fools you!
