Rip off. Takes money for download and does NOT deliver Ft. Lauderdale Florida

I signed up with FullFile access on March 6 and was instructed to send $4.87 to receive the Craig's list EZadposter software. I never got the Craig's list posting software "EZadposter". And subsequent emails and phone calls to the company has been unanswered.
