I bought a world of warcraft account on Jan 16. On company website they say that the account is insured and that they have a 100% lifetime gaurantee that account will not be "repo'ed" so to speak. March 27th 10 days after the so called "60" day gaurantee I try to log into my Warcraft account and discover that my password has been changed. I call Paypal who says that there is nothing they can do. I use their completely useless 24 hour live chat support and they keep telling me to email them direct. I have sent 6 email, and have gotten zero response. Im about to file a claim with my bank to get my money back
