I signed up for a seven day free trial in Dec 07. I was contacted by a representative to go over the service and how I liked it on or around Dec 19th. During that call I asked for my service to be cancelled.
Since that time my credit card has been charged 3 times for the monthly fee of $49.95 totaling $149.85.
2 voice mails to that representative Rich Little were not returned even though he wished me a "BLESSED DAY" during his recorded message.
During my first call I got a very rude receptionist who cold not find my account, with a little digging I HELPED THEM figure out they had my name and e mail wrong.
I called in and got the manager Gerome Lavasco on the line and after a heated discussion was promised a full refund. Which has not happened yet.
Yesterday when I called in to follow up I was told by a rep. Named Robert a credit of 1 month had been issued,
BY GOLLY! Just that morning at GOSH 8:23 am, which was the current time we were speaking.
This is also not true. No credits have been issued to my account.
I did not authorize these charges and have had no luck resolving the removal of the charges from my credit card account. I am filing a dispute with B of A.
My broker is the past President of Santa Clara Assoc of Realtors and best friends with the current President. As I told Mr. Lavasco a month ago, not resolving this correctly with me will result in these 2 officers hearing from me:
