I purchased a Dell Latitude D600 In November, online it says they have a 90 days parts and labor warranty. On January 10th The laptop stopped working and I called them, they told me that the manufactures warranty expired June of 06' and that my 30 days warranty was up. I spoke to someone on the phone and he had me plug my laptop up and try to turn it on and determined it was the motherboard.
I told him i was not going to pay for a motherboard on a laptop i haven't had 2 months. I asked to speak to a manager and i was on the phone for about 45 minutes waiting. Now my 90 days are up but they should have taken care of me when it wasn't even 60.
