I ordered a simple batch of 250 bumperstickers from this fly-by-night company with only a PO Box in North Carolina. BEWARE consumers of this group.
I waited 6 weeks before contacting them, as they claimed on their website to wait at least four weeks. I wrote three emails and made one phone call before I was finally answered curtly by a Srini Kumar. He said he would check in to it and get back with me that day.
No such luck. I pressed him with several more emails, he said in the last email they were having problems, that one of his associates, Amanda, would email me that day... Never heard from either of them and it has now been 8 weeks since my order.
After consulting with a state office that handles internet fraud in North Carolina, I wrote a final email demanding credited payment or my merchandise. No response.
I will go through the headache of having my bank chargeback to his bank because I have kept very detailed records and all his responses.
Consumers, STAY AWAY from this so-called company!!!
I will update as we go on. I plan on filing a complaint with internet fraud in North Carolina as well.
