Charging my debit on a Google C/D purchase 2/3 time is not right must be stopped. Alabama

I purchased a C/D over the Internet. I have been using my debit card, it has been charged at least 2/3 times @ $39.95. This kind of business must be stopped and the people found and charged with Internet fruad etc.
