I looked all over on the internet for a guide to applying for grants and this seemed like a reasonable site. Their claim was that the CD was free and you only had to pay $1.99 for S&H. 3 days after i recieved the CD in the mail my bank account was charged $39.95. I called their 800 number and they proceeded to tell me that I was going to be charged that amount every month along with an additional $9.99 and $7.95 for programs that weren't even outlined in their terms and conditions. I cancelled the so-called subscription but I'll never get that money back.
I hope this helps any other consumers avoid this mess!
