Not Honoring Their Promise

I agree with the other reporter who is getting subpar internet speed with Hughes Net, wait, not even that good of speed. I too am getting around 200 kbps where I should be getting close to 1500 as advertised.

I have other problems with the service, but speed is the number one issue and I have been dealing with it for months, with no success.

Everyone who is dissatisfied with Hughes Net, sign on and give your experience and maybe we could file a class action claim.
